"Courage to Resist highlights the real face of the war by allowing the individuals that have been a part of this insanity to share their experiences and voice their concerns..."

My journey has just begun, but it has been amazing to this point. Courage to Resist will forever have my appreciation.

I still remember the moment that I discovered this organization. Unaware that there were groups out there actively helping GI's find a voice, I felt like I would be fighting the entire military by myself if I spoke out against it—and I was intimidated by the thought of it. Personally, if I had known about this organization earlier, I believe I would not have waited as long as I did before I decided to go AWOL.

Everyone working with Courage to Resist went out of their way in welcoming me to what really feels like more of a family than an organization—offering advice as well as helping me build bridges with other individuals in my situation.

Courage to Resist highlights the real face of the war by allowing the individuals that have been a part of this insanity to share their experiences and voice their concerns, as well as by offering help raising legal fees for those individuals going through the court martial process. If any group in the anti-war movement today deserves your respect and support, it is Courage to Resist.
